Using Smoothcomp
1. Creating a profile
Before you begin - there are different levels of profiles inside of Smoothcomp;
ACCOUNT OWNER: YOU - this is where you can manage your own account and log in each time you access SC. Athletes should manage their own profiles.
PROFILES: YOUR FIGHTING FAMILY MEMBERS - You can create up to 8 profiles - this is where parent's will add their kids profiles who compete in order for each fighter to have their own profile. NOTE - Coaches should NOT add their fighters onto their account here.
COACHES: Once you have an account, you can create your own CLUB Profile that your fighters can link to. Ignore this section if you do not manage a club.
ORGANIZER: If you are an event organizer, you can create and manage events. Ignore this section if you do not run events in SC.

Let's begin!
Visit Smoothcomp.com
Click 'CREATE ACCOUNT'
- If you are the fighter, create the account under your own name / email address
- If you are a trainer, create the account under your own name / gym email address
- If you are a parent, create the account under your own name / email address - you can add your kids profiles later.

Complete the info requested

Agree to the T&Cs

Go to your email to verify your account set up

Once confirmed, click your name on the TOP RIGHT, click 'MANAGE PROFILES'
To manage your OWN FIGHTER PROFILE, click your existing profile
To manage your CHILD'S FIGHTER PROFILE, click + Add New Profile
Click SETTINGS
Update ALL the profile information. Gender, DOB, Country of Residence / Contact details are important for event registrations.
Once your profile is completed, on the right, SEARCH to ADD your ACADEMY (ie. your Gym).
If the Gym has not been listed yet, then you can click REGISTER NEW (even if you don't manage the gym).
If you do not want to register your gym, you can advise your gym owner/ trainer to do this step. For now, enter in WBC Muay Thai Australia as your academy. This can be updated later once your trainer has set up their own profile.
2. Registering an Academy

Follow these instructions to REGISTER AN ACADEMY. Skip the RED if your academy was already listed or you will not set up your gym listing today.
Under the page 'CREATE NEW ACADEMY' - Enter in your gym name exactly as it should appear for everyone
Click 'Continue'
Add in all the details of your gym - including your GYM's EMAIL, & PHONE - these should be the Gym's details, not your own.
When complete, click Save.
3. Registering for the WBC Games

Search for the event by typing in 'oceania', or go to our direct link here: https://smoothcomp.com/en/event/18787
Open the event and read necessary information
When you are ready to register, click the top right blue button 'Register'
Select which fighter/profile you are registering - YOU NEED THE CHOOSE THE COMPETITORS PROFILE
Complete the registration info requested on the first page
NOTE - The Gender & Age Bracket that appears will only be available based on their profile information
Click Save & Continue
Click on the blue text 'Athlete Registration' to open the dropdown menus
Click on the white text 'Terms or Service' to open the T&Cs box. Scroll down & Click Accept
Select from each dropdown the complete the registration: Experience, Age, Weight & Merch Size
The age bracket will appear based on your DOB
Once complete, the GREEN 'Register' button will appear. Click to complete your registration.
Once you have reached this page, where it shows 'Pending Registrations', you are finished.
Our team will approve your registration, and the final step will be payment.
Payments are only accepted after a 4-Person bracket is filled and confirmed by trainers.
If you have proceeded to this CHECKOUT page, then you can close the registration here.
You do not need to process a payment
Once your bracket has been filled, and we have confirmed your admission to the tournament, payments will be requested.
